Our half-day excursion to Animas Valley takes you south of the city and into one of the more bizarre landscapes of La Paz. Valle de las Animas or in English “Valley of souls” is called this way due to the geological formations shaped like spires and needles grouped by hundreds in bunch and rows that reach to great heights that resemble petrified souls.
